Throughout the 19th century the spiritist movement and the prominent figures that supported its ideals were heavily influencing culture, changing the way that much of society viewed the afterlife. This period also led to the development of ideals such as those found in eugenics and Nazi Germany.
Moving into the 20th Century, the first and second world wars broke out.

The Aftermath was an incredibly tragic loss of life and destruction. This Sickness is Not unto Death follows the story of an archetype figure experiencing the carnage of war, the toxic ideals of society, and the sickness that is the human condition. This is the story of inner struggle, to fight the urge to succumb to nihilism. This is the story of a man losing his faith, and finding it again.
